Public Days

ELRSS is open to the public on the 2nd and last Sunday of the month, weather permitting. The trains start running at 9:30am and the last one leaves the station at 12:55pm. The track is located behind the Evandale Market Hall (Russell Street, Evandale) and is accessed via the market. A ride costs $3 pp or $10 for a family of 4.

Please note: For safety reasons, no open toed shoes, sandals or bare feet are permitted while riding our trains.

Evandale is located south of Launceston a short drive past the airport off Nile Road.  If you follow the link it will take you to a "Google Map". Once in Evandale, follow the signs to the market and the trains.
